Cruise Ship Bailout Requests

Cruise ships are part of the coronavirus focus in the media.  The following article gives some information on the industry.  You may not know it, but for tax purposes, all of the major cruise lines are technically foreign corporations.  Carnival and Norwegian are incorporated in Panama and Barbados, respectively.  The irony is that with their revenues falling from the virus, they are asking the U.S. Government for a bailout, but pay no taxes stateside.
